Your Free-Play Reward will be credited to your account incrementally based on the amount you have wagered in the Sportsbook. Cash Back Rewards
There are different ways to recieve cash back on your accounts. You must contact 5 Dimes by live chat or e-mail to request a conversion of your account to a special cash back account. Pick between these four :

1, Receive a 20% rebate on all of your overall losses twice a year. This cash back may be requested within two weeks of the first pre-season NFL game & within two weeks of the Superbowl.

2, Receive a 15% cash back rebate on all of your overall losses once per 30 days. If 30 or more days have passed since your last cash back, you may ask for your cash back rebate of 15% to be calculated and applied at any time.

3, Receive a 10% cash back rebate on all of your overall losses on any Tuesday. This cash back rebate can only be requested on Tuesday from 9:00am until 11:00pm ET. The 10% cash back rebate is limited to one time each Tuesday.

4, On any day other than Tuesday, if you choose to ask for a cash back rebate before 30 days, you will receive a 5% cash back rebate.
